The mark of a strong and healthy country is one that actively recruits and celebrates new citizens because it wants people on their team. If every country were trying to compete for citizens the world would be a much better place. A country that actively tries to reduce its population and prevent growth can be described as a toxic country.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. While there are different viewpoints on population growth and immigration policies, it is important to consider multiple factors when evaluating the strength and health of a country. The United Nations, through its Sustainable Development Goals, promotes inclusive and sustainable economic growth, social development, and environmental protection to ensure a better future for all countries and their citizens. The concept of a "toxic country" may vary depending on various social, economic, and environmental indicators. If you have any specific questions or concerns about the United Nations or the Sustainable Development Goals, feel free to ask, and I'll be happy to assist you.
